This amazing training opportunity allows goaltenders to work on their tactical approaches for defending against the 10 Scoring Situations. There’s no doubt about it\, technical skills are a huge part of the basic foundations that make up goaltending. Skating\, recovery\, puckhanding and save mechanics are all critical parts of a goalie’s game. However\, if you’re not working on the cognitive side; how to read game situations and defend against the common scoring scenarios\, your training is missing the mark! The aim is to get our goalies to “train their brains” to make correct reads in-game. \nThe program is open to male and female goalies of all ages. Goalies will be grouped to face players their own age and skill level at each station with careful oversight from your goalie coach. We are sharing the ice with Cadotte Hockey Academy if you have a skater in the family that wants to train.
