DESCRIPTION:Work on your game and get quality reps in our Power Hour + Drills\, Skills and Thrills program at Central Park Athletics. In these grueling hour-and-a-half sessions you will benefit from a close working relationship with your MLG Goalie Coach who will help you make fine adjustments to your approach. The program is structured so that goalies will get a full Power Hour to develop skating\, recovery and puckhandling skills\, PLUS+ a 1/2 hour in small area games and drills against elite players their own age. \n\nFull 1.5h training sessions\, every Monday from 7:00pm – 8:30pm (ticket valid for date shown)\nWeekly Power Hour to develop skating\, recovery\, edges and puckhandling skills\nPlus a 1/2 Hour of small area games and shooting drills against age/skill appropriate players
