Private Lessons
Major League Goaltending also offers private lessons (1:1) and semi-private lessons (1:2). These are scheduled at Big Creek Arena in Amherstburg based around your availability. Please contact us to book a personalized training session with your MLG coach. We have qualified coaches to fit any budget.
Practice Visits
It would be ideal if every minor hockey team had a qualified goalie coach on staff. Goalies need position-specific instruction as part of their development. Major League Goaltending regularly attends team practices for many minor hockey associations. Regular practice visits support team objectives and goalie development. We use video for performance critiques and use the latest software to provide instant, digital feedback. Coaches, there’s no easier route to more wins than improving your netminders. Goalies, get the most out of your team practices by bringing MLG in to instruct!
Game Evaluations
MLG will watch you in-game and provide a professional, nuanced and detailed assessment of your performance. Using the latest software, MLG will break down scoring plays and puck touches. You and your coach will get a copy of the video report to review strengths and areas for improvement. Game evaluations are a critical and often overlooked part of a goaltender’s development because it teaches self-reflection skills and assists with goal setting.
