Work on your game and get quality reps in our Power Hour + Drills, Skills and Thrills program at Central Park Athletics. In these grueling hour-and-a-half sessions you will benefit from a close working relationship with your MLG Goalie Coach who will help you make fine adjustments to your approach. The program is structured so that goalies will get a full Power Hour to develop skating, recovery and puckhandling skills, PLUS+ a 1/2 hour in small area games and drills against elite players their own age.
- Full 1.5h training sessions, every Monday from 7:00pm – 8:30pm (ticket valid for date shown)
- Weekly Power Hour to develop skating, recovery, edges and puckhandling skills
- Plus a 1/2 Hour of small area games and shooting drills against age/skill appropriate players
