Semi-Private Lessons are a great way to get ready for Spring Tryouts. Come join Coach Derrick Laporte and his staff every Wednesday at Big Creek Arena in Amherstburg to work on the skills that will make the athlete more confident. Semi-private lessons are the best way to optimize your development time. Sessions are catered to the needs of the athlete and focused on their progressive development. It is the quickest way to level up their game.
We have a holistic approach to training goalies. Our lessons are tailored to the strengths and needs of the athlete. Learn how to master the most critical control factors in goaltending with us!
- Movement Control: ie. lateral skating skills, edge control, slides, recovery, save mechanics
- Positional Control: ie. depth management, routes, tactical approaches
- Puckhandling Control: ie. stickhandling, passing, clears, quick-ups, communication
- Control Over Mindset: ie. positive visualization, self-talk, game preparation
