We have a holistic approach to training goalies. Learn how to master the most critical control factors in goaltending with us.
- Movement Control: ie. lateral skating skills, edge control, slides, recovery, save mechanics
- Positional Control: ie. depth management, routes, tactical approaches
- Puckhandling Control: ie. stickhandling, passing, clears, quick-ups, communication
- Control Over Mindset: ie. positive visualization, self-talk, game preparation
