The focus of our Powerskating Clinics will be
- Edge Work – Increasing speed, rotation ability and control
- Biomechanics – Optimizing movements and building technically sound patterns
- Explosive Power – Producing maximal force efficiently
- Conditioning – Building up critical energy systems
